Offer Validity

Request Approval

Submitting a form is considered an initial request; it is not final until reviewed by the consulting team and confirmed through official communication regarding the contract details.

Unauthorized Use

Professional Liability

Subsequent Modifications

Our responsibility ends upon the completion and delivery of the agreed-upon decor or designs. We are not liable for any modifications or additions made by the client or third parties after official handover.

Sales & Pricing Policy

When requesting supply and installation, Beit Al-Jawdah reserves the right to adjust website prices if the order value is below 1000 SAR, or if the installation involves heights or special requirements. The institution may adjust the price or cancel the order without compensation. Special project quotes and discounts are available upon request.

Clients may exchange or return items within 7 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging, and has not been assembled or installed.
Exchanges must be for products of equal or greater value and are permitted only once; exchanges nullify the right to future returns.
Exchange requests must be made within the first 7 days, or at least 48 hours before the scheduled installation date.
The store covers all shipping and exchange costs in cases of receiving an incorrect or different product due to our error.
For returns or exchanges based on client preference without defects, the client bears the shipping costs based on their geographic location.
Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer to the invoice holder’s name within 10 business days.
