We have always been keen at the Quality Grass Foundation and Store on a flexible and smooth sales and return policy to ensure the complete satisfaction of our customers through the following:

The customer has the right to return and exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product, provided that the product has not been disassembled or installed and that the product is in its original condition and in its original packaging
In the event of an exchange, it will be for an amount not less than the value of the invoice and only once, noting that the exchange waives the customer’s right to return
The exchange will be within seven days from the date of arrival of the product or 48 hours before the installation date in the event of requesting an installation service
If the received product is incorrect, the store will bear all replacement costs
If the customer wishes to exchange or return for any other reason, the customer bears the delivery fees according to the customer’s location
For all of the above, the product can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of receiving the order
In the case of bank transfers or payment by credit card, the amount will be refunded by bank transfer within 10 days and the transfer will be in the name of the invoice holder
