House of Quality is committed to providing the highest level of accuracy when displaying décor images, dimensions, and prices. However, the store reserves the right to correct any unintended technical or typographical error.

Quotation Validity

Custom quotations sent upon your request are strictly governed by the time periods, specifications, and budgets stated in the official quotation only.

Customer Data Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and valid information, including project details, through the contact form. The store is not responsible for any consequences resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

Request Approval

Submitting the form is considered an initial request and does not become final or approved until it is reviewed by our consultation team and official communication is made to confirm the contract details.

Unauthorized Use

It is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, or modify any part of the platform content for commercial or marketing purposes without obtaining written and officially approved permission from the store management.

Professional Liability Limits

Later Modifications

House of Quality’s responsibility ends upon delivering the agreed décor works or designs according to the approved specifications. We are not responsible for any modifications or additions made by the customer or third parties after the official handover.

Sales & Pricing Policy

When the customer requests supply and installation of a product, House of Quality has the right to adjust the price shown on the website if the customer’s order is less than 1,000 SAR, if installation is required at heights, or if the customer requests a special installation method. In such cases, the company has the right to adjust the price or cancel the order without any compensation claim against the company. The customer may also request a special quotation for large projects, as special discounts are available for project-based orders.

The customer has the right to exchange or return the product within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition, original packaging, and has not been opened or installed.

In the case of exchange, the selected replacement products must not be less than the original invoice value. Exchange is allowed only once, and choosing exchange cancels the customer’s right to return the product later.

Exchange requests must be submitted within the first 7 days, or at least 48 hours before the installation date if installation service was requested from our team.

The store will cover all shipping and exchange costs if the customer receives a wrong product or an item different from the invoice by mistake.

If the exchange or return is requested by the customer without any product defect, the customer shall bear the delivery fees according to their geographical location.

For approved returns, paid amounts through bank transfer or cards will be refunded by bank transfer under the invoice holder’s name within 10 business days.
